What about your last year’s aspirations?
Does it seem to you, that the last day of December is about to expire, and you’re relieved that this list of your yearly goals has already been completed, despite the fact that many of the set points have still not been fulfilled?

We live in a society where instead of thinking to ourselves “what I was yesterday and what I am today” – we still compare ourselves with others, and looking for more check-boxes on our goals list we turn to social media instead of looking deep into ourselves. Who am I? What do I need? What am I missing?

You know, I sincerely wish you could accept yourself as you are, and when you do – you will finally love yourself.
Do not compare yourself to others, do not blame yourself for making poor decisions – it’s only natural, and for the love of God – do not stand in front of a mirror with your tummy sucked in. Being in love with yourself will challenge your natural desire to help yourself, and in small, purposeful steps, you will move toward that.

For me, 2019 has not been very kind and I am no longer meeting the New Year the same person as I was before. I need to learn to love myself again…

I don’t know your story, but I know it’s not easy. There is no one, who goes through life easily, we all experience much more than we show. But it must be remembered that neither a delicious meal nor a passionate kiss or a new dress will bring happiness unless you allow yourself to be happy. 🙂

Love
Yours
